Bursaries

ENTRY FOR THE 2010 BURSARY SCHEME HAS NOW CLOSED

UK Songwriting Festival is offering two bursaries for the 2010 Festival, covering full tuition fees for the workshop course.

Candidates must cover the cost of their accommodation and food for the week. This can be provided at Bath Spa University’s Newton Park Campus from £240.

All applicants who have fulfilled the application criteria, but who have been unsuccessful in obtaining a bursary, with be offered a 10% discount on the cost of a place at the 2010 UK Songwriting Festival.

Applicants must be:

Full-time students studying in the UK during 2010*

* students who are currently studying on courses that end in Summer 2010 or who are starting courses in Autumn 2010 are both eligible

Minimum age 18 from 16 August 2010

A first time attender at the UK Songwriting Festival

Professional songwriters, published songwriters and members of the PRS are ineligible for these bursaries
